Behind the flowers sits a star burst display ot trimmed goose feathers fanning over the rear of headpiece.

Smartie Headpiece Base Measures 6.25" Diameter. Roses and Feathers width approx 11" x 6" height.

Attached using comb underneath and an elastic that you wrap under your hair, around back of head.
