An oversize 4cm wide x 2.5cm thick Padded Velvet headband, embellished with draped crystal rhinestone rows and more crystals evenly spread across the headband.
Handmade in England, with Crystal SEWN on, not Glue Gunned like many a cheap mass produced headband. Sewn on means no glue mess on the velvet, and no Crystals will fall off.
